Chiesa dei Santi Barbara e Lorenzo

The Church of ss. Barbara and Lorenzo is a place of worship located in Castelnuovo d’Elsa in the municipality of Castelfiorentino in the province of Florence.

The building dates back to the medieval period, probably to the fourteenth century.

It is located in the central square of the town. It has a single nave, and outside it is covered with bricks; access is only allowed through a door surmounted by a pointed arch and with a rose window that opens above.

Behind the altar there are frescoes made by Paolo Schiavo.
