Taste 18 - Born under the sign of taste!

From 8 to 10 February 2025, Taste returns, the three-day event dedicated to the excellence of taste.

The Fortezza da Basso will become a fascinating firmament of constellations where novelties, contents and experiences intertwine: a stellar, brilliant, catalytic, illuminating journey to map the universe of food and wine.  Just as the union of many shining stars form constellations, so too do food and wine excellences shine together, finding new combinations of flavours that fascinate and amaze, creating unpredictable food ‘constellations’!

This year there will be no “physical” shop to buy the products seen at the exhibition, but everything will be digital (with the ticket you will be entitled to a 20% discount on the producers' websites). Outside the Fortezza da Basso, there will be numerous events organised in and around Florence by restaurants, clubs and even pastry workshops for “Fuori di Taste 2025”, the fair's collateral calendar. The initiatives, scheduled from 3 to 10 February, include cocktail parties, tastings, dinners, guided tours, and artistic events. Some are free of charge, others for a fee.

Thanks to a special ‘Taste Horoscope’, visitors will also discover what 2025 holds in store for those born under the sign of taste!

More and more companies of international haute cuisine operators will be present, and the public of foodies, who will participate in great numbers in the events scheduled both at the show and at the collateral events in town (Fuori di Taste).
