The new exhibition at Cattedrale dell’Immagine di Firenze is dedicated to Gustav Klimt, the most famous of the founders of the Viennese Secession.
From October 26, 2024 to March 2, 2025, some of Gustav Klimt's most celebrated paintings will breathe new life into the magnificent architecture of the deconsecrated church of Santo Stefano al Ponte in the heart of Florence. Eight years later, a tribute to the artist with a completely revamped version, realized with the help of cutting-edge technology.
The exhibition, curated by Crossmedia group, traces the personal and artistic history of the man who is considered a genius of modern art.
Visitors in the 360° multimedia space will be welcomed with 35 minutes of multisensory experience: images, lights, colors and music that will literally envelop them! A fusion of art, history and technology, in a backward journey through the personal and artistic history , revolutionary artist and creator of some of the most iconic pieces in modern art history.
