A traditional representation, whose first edition dates back to 1984, of the living nativity scene in Santa Brigida, a hamlet of Pontassieve. On December Tuesday 24 2024 at 9:30pm and repeat performances on December Thursday 26 2024 at 6pm and on January Monday 6 2025 at 6pm it will be possible to attend various scenes, from the Annunciation to the arrival of the Three Kings, which will involve 50 participants in an evocative setting with light effects, costumes, music and narration. The performance of the Living Nativity Scene takes place outdoors, downstream from the parish church in a kind of natural amphitheatre, an up and down surrounded by greenery, where both the village of Bethlehem and the hut where Jesus was born will be reconstructed.
On Epiphany Day there will also be stands, gifts and entertainment for the little ones, markets and a photo exhibition illustrating the hamlet's past and present.
