The first Italian museum about the Masonic ideology, established a few hundred meters far from Via Maggio, where, in 1731, a group of Englishmen, during their meetings in a hotel, founded the First Italian Masonic Lodge.
On the ground floor are displayed images and documents of writers, poets, musicians, painters, politicians, heroes who fought for their country. Upstairs there is a detailed reconstruction of the Cabinet of Reflection, where one starts to take the first steps in Freemasonry, and a Lodge, which can accommodate up to 15 brothers.
The Documentation Center that collects periodicals, documents, patents and certificates of membership, rituals of various orders, movies, books, in various languages, can be consulted by researchers.
