The educational exhibits in this museum combine model-making and historic reconstruction to introduce visitors to the principal events in Tuscan and Italian history.
On display detailed models starting from the Assyrians up to the Second World War: you get to know the Etruscan and Roman worlds, the chivalry of the Middle Ages and the period of the Comuni, the Renaissance, the Napoleonic Age and through to the two world wars.
