The deconsecrated Church of Santo Stefano at Ponte Vecchio is partly a museum and has a magnificent Auditorium, where the Romanesque, Gothic and Baroque styles can be found. Its interior preserves wonderful works of art, including the unique staircase by Buontalenti, with a marble balustrade dating back to 1574 and coming from Santa Trinita, the altar dating back to 1591 and designed by Giambologna, numerous canvas paintings, paintings and crucifixes dating back to the Renaissance period. The crypt is also noteworthy, where visitors can breathe a medieval atmosphere still today. The Auditorium has excellent acoustics and is perfectly suitable to host concerts.
