The rooms of the Palazzo Medici Riccardi form the setting for the first exhibition in Florence dedicated to Felice Carena, one of the most important artists of the Italian 20th century and teacher at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence.
The exhibition presents a precious selection of works from the Carena heirs' private collection, paintings and sculptures that have never been exhibited and are unknown to the public, as well as a core of works of greater renown, analysing the central moment of the artist's painting.
