On Sunday 24 November2024 at the Teatro Niccolini in Florence, the Amici della Musica concert season will host the first recital in Italy by French pianist Anne Queffélec, considered one of the greatest personalities of contemporary piano and of extraordinary influence on the musical scene.
In Florence she will present a concert dedicated to Ludwig van Beethoven's last three sonatas (op. 109, 110 and 111), piano masterpieces full of charm and musical surprises.
At the end of the concert, the artist will meet the audience, interviewed by Prof. Laure-Hélène Sacco, former professor specialising in the performing arts at the universities of Paris and Avignon.
The concert is in collaboration with The Matthiesen Foundation and Institut français Firenze, and part of the Off Programme of the Festival l'Eredità delle Donne.
