The rates applied in the Municipality of Florence are defined according to the type of structure and classification. Consult the attached document to find out the current rates. Please note: from 1 February 2025, the rates of non-hotel structures with the characteristics of civil dwellings (Tourist leases, entrepreneurial and non-entrepreneurial room rentals, CAVs-Holiday homes and flats, entrepreneurial and non-entrepreneurial Bed & Breakfasts) will increase from € 5.50 to € 6.00.
The tax will be calculated per person and per night (up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights). Exemptions include, among others, children under the age of 12 and severely disabled persons and their carer.
