Summer is back and finally Forte Belvedere, one of the iconic places of Florence, is visible again from June 25th.
Born as a Medici fortress at the end of the 16th century, designed by Bernardo Buontalenti, it offers a breathtaking view of the city and its surroundings, from the top of the Boboli Gardens to which it is connected. Forte Belvedere remains open for the entire summer period every day from 10am to 8pm except Mondays. Free entry.
